Our publications

The EU institutions, and in particular the Commission, produce a large amount of information on the activities and policies of the EU which is available free of charge from the Publications Office. 

The Official Journal of the European Union is published daily in 22 languages (23 when Irish is required), a unique phenomenon in the publishing world.

On the Learning corner you can find games, competitions and activity books to help you discover the EU in a fun way. You can also find inspiration for lesson plans, you can also discover networking opportunities with other schools and teachers across the EU.

The Publications Office also publishes a range of other titles on paper as well as electronically, on the activities and policies of the European Union.

The EU Publications website is your single access point to publications from the European Union institutions, agencies and other bodies, published since 1952.

In EU Publications you may download publications in PDF format free of charge.

The Publications Office also offers a number of online services giving free access to information on:

EU Law (EUR-Lex),

EU public procurement (TED),

EU research and development (CORDIS).

There is also a new section on op.europa.eu called ‘In your language'. In it, citizens can find easy-to-read publications tailored for them in their language.
