| The Representation has launched a call for proposals for communication actions promoting awareness and dialogue on European Union themes, more specifically the Political guidelines of the next European Commission 2024-2029. |
What type of communication actions: The following types of activities are eligible under this call for proposals:

An applicant may only submit one single application and the application must be linked to at least one or more of the six EU themes specified in sections 2.1-2.6.
An application may include one or more eligible activities (ref.: 6.2. Eligible activities) under one single action.
The grant amount available per action is from 5.000 to 25.000 EUR (ref.: 4 Budget available).

The co-financing with financial contributions from third parties may have an impact on the Criterion 3: Quality of the intended results (total 30 points, pass mark 18 points): • 3.1 Relevance, level of ambition and achievability of the intended quantitative and qualitative results and impact of the activity (20 points). About the co-financing, please note that the call explicitly states that the grant contribution shall correspond to a maximum of 80% of the total budget needed to implement a project (6.4. Eligible project co-financing).

Business partners – legal entities and bank accounts The Legal Entity form for natural person, private companies, and public law bodies necessary for the awarding of EU funding.
