Commissioner Johansson will also present to the Home Affairs Ministers the first State of Schengen Report that was discussed in the Third Schengen Forum last week. Ministers are expected to agree on that basis on the priorities for 2022-2023 as well as the key elements of the new Schengen governance model. The Ministers will also aim to adopt the conclusions on protecting Europeans from terrorism and organised crime, as well as on interoperability.
